Volunteer as a Peer Mentor
Our peer-to-peer model pairs older or more experienced students — and young professionals — directly with mentees for consistent, relatable support.
- Commit to regular 1-to-1 check-ins with 1–2 mentees
- Join monthly meetings and seminars as a mentor voice
- Help facilitate the yearly STEM Quiz Competition
- No teaching background required — just consistency and care

Peer mentors are close enough in age and experience to be relatable, but far enough ahead to offer real guidance. It's also how we scale: every mentored student who becomes a mentor multiplies our reach toward one million.
