Mentoring one million students in a decade.
"No student should have to navigate their dreams alone. Through compassionate mentorship, community, and continuous support, we nurture young talent from their very first spark of curiosity to university classrooms and global STEM careers."
What is VectorLab?
VectorLab is a non-profit educational initiative dedicated to closing the gap between a student's potential and the support available to reach it. We connect high school and college students with structured mentorship, peer community, and actionable opportunities, building everything from classroom confidence to pathways for studying abroad, because while talent is everywhere, opportunity and guidance are not.
How mentorship actually happens.
No single format works for every student, so VectorLab combines six connected touchpoints throughout the year.
1-to-1 Check-ins
Regular individual sessions to track progress, talk through challenges, and keep each student's plan personal.
Peer Mentorship
Older or experienced students mentor younger ones, building leadership on one side and trust on the other.
Monthly Growth Labs
A recurring group gathering on Zoom to check progress against goals and keep momentum.
Seminars & Talks
Guest speakers and mentors speak on topics from study skills to navigating scholarships abroad.
Conferences
Larger annual gatherings that bring mentees, mentors, and partners together to celebrate and share progress.
Yearly STEM Quiz Competition
Our signature annual event — a competitive, celebratory way to spark interest in STEM and spotlight top student talent.
